1. Principle

Nano infrared energy-saving heating ring adopts nano level high-temperature radiation coating. The coating layer is thin and has low thermal resistance. It is used on the surface of metal materials for heat conduction. In the heat transfer process, the coating layer not only converts the absorbed radiation heat energy into infrared heat energy transmission, but also turns itself into infrared radiation heat source. Because of the increase of surface temperature, the temperature gradient increases So that the heat conduction strength of the heated object is enhanced and the heat absorption capacity is greatly improved.
